Shipping Information
All of our products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within the EU and over €150 for international orders. No discount code is required; free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout and includes any applicable duties.
Order Processing and Delivery
Once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments cannot be made. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated based on your location, as outlined below:
Free Shipping:
- Within the EU: Free shipping on orders over €100.
- Outside the EU: Free shipping on orders over €150.
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

Please be aware that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be longer due to increased order volume.
Lanvero ships only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
